Our Story
Founded in September 2000 by Ron Roehl, CNC Solutions has grown from a CNC service provider into a leading custom automation integrator. Headquartered in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin — ideally located between Madison and Milwaukee — we began by enhancing CNC machines with workholding systems, hydraulic clamping, automated doors, safety upgrades, and PLC/HMI controls. Today, as a Fanuc Authorized Robot Integrator, we’re recognized for delivering end-to-end robotic automation with unmatched expertise in both electrical and mechanical integration.
In 2025, CNC Solutions joined All World Machinery Supply. This partnership strengthens our ability to deliver fully integrated manufacturing solutions by combining our automation and robotics capabilities with All World’s extensive machine tool parts supply, in-house engineering, and nationwide service support. Together, we provide customers with a streamlined, single-source resource for automation, parts, and service that supports productivity, reliability, and long-term operational success.
