PARTS CATCHERS!

CNC Solutions has provided parts catchers for just about every brand of turning centers on the market today. Our in house staff of engineers will evaluate your parts catcher needs and offer you a standard product or a customized system to meet your specific needs. Our parts catchers can be easily field retro-fitted on your existing equipment or supplied as a kit for your new turning center. The system is of the highest quality and typically more cost effective than purchasing the option direct from the machine tool builder / distributor. INTEGRATED SYSTEM The integrated parts catcher is provided with a seemless interface so that the system operates as if the parts catcher was provided by the machine tool builder. The electronics are interfaced with the machine control to provide ease of programming and functionality. The unit is typically mounted on the inside of the machine tool. The finished part exits the machining envelope through the actuation of a chute which extends up and under the part during the cut-off operation. The part slides down the chute into a container fastened to the outside of the machine door. The parts are collected in the chute for future removal. This system is typically used for parts that do not damage themselves when accumulating in the container. When parts may cause damage to themselves, a conveyor on the outside of the machine may be required.
