CNC Solutions can design these problems out of the fixture before you start making chips by:

• Installing cycle start interlocks on the machine tool – if the part isn't clamped, or present in the fixture the machine doesn't cycle start.
• Dynamically monitoring the part and the holding pressure of the fixture. If the part moves or pressure is lost on the fixture the machine is stopped immediately.
